Over the course of his career, he has partnered with companies ranging from growth-stage startups to Fortune 500 organizations across the United States, to hire top talent across a wide range of technical disciplines and industries. Nick founded Accelerated Search with a passion for connecting talented professionals with companies where they can make a meaningful impact. He believes successful recruiting is built on long-term partnerships, understanding each client’s unique needs, and maintaining deep insight into the evolving technology talent market. Outside of recruiting, Nick enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, and spending summers in his hometown of Martha’s Vineyard.
