Nick is a technical recruiting specialist with 9 years of experience helping companies build engineering teams. He has partnered with early-stage startups, high-growth mid-sized companies, and Fortune 500 organizations across the United States in all industries to successfully hire top talent across a wide range of technical disciplines. Nick founded Accelerated Search with a passion for connecting talented professionals with companies where they can make a meaningful impact. He believes successful recruiting is built on long-term partnerships, understanding each client’s unique needs, and maintaining deep insight into the evolving technology talent market. Outside of recruiting, Nick enjoys spending time with friends and family, spending summers in his hometown Martha’s Vineyard, golfing, and rooting for his favorite Boston sports teams.
