The Opportunity

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable backend services, distributed systems, and cloud-native infrastructure that support cutting-edge AI workloads. You will work closely with product, platform, and infrastructure teams to develop new products from the ground up while helping shape technical direction and engineering best practices across the organization. What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and scale highly available backend services and APIs powering AI infrastructure products.
• Develop cloud-native systems that support large-scale AI and machine learning workloads.
• Architect distributed systems with a focus on reliability, security, performance, and scalability.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and security teams to bring new products to market.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and long-term platform strategy.
• Mentor engineers and help establish engineering best practices across the organization.
• Improve observability, automation, deployment workflows, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Strong experience designing and building scalable backend systems in production environments.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience building distributed systems, microservices, and APIs.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building infrastructure, platform, developer tooling, or security products.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, model deployment platforms, or large-scale data systems.
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies.
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
